Privacy

This page explains what information the Pioneer website (pioneeros.dev) collects, why, and what happens to it. It is short because the site collects very little.

What the forms collect

The site has two kinds of forms.

• Contact form (Contact page): your first and last name, email address, phone number, message, the services you are interested in and your preferred language. Only email is required.
• Journal sign-ups (the footer on every page and the Journal page): your name and email address. Only email is required.

With every submission the site also records which form was used and the page it was sent from.

Why we collect it

Contact form details are used only to reply to you about your enquiry. Journal sign-up details are used only to send you the Pioneer journal. We do not sell, rent or share this information for marketing.

Where it goes

A submission is checked by the website's server code, which runs on Cloudflare. It is then sent as an email, through Cloudflare's email service, to Pioneer's own inbox (hosted by Google Gmail). The website itself keeps no copy: it has no database and does not store submissions anywhere else.

We keep these emails for as long as we need them to answer you or send you the journal, and delete them when you ask.

Spam protection

Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person and not a bot. Its script loads on every page, because every page has the footer sign-up, and runs in your browser; when you submit a form, the site passes your IP address to Cloudflare with the check. Cloudflare's handling of this data is described in the Turnstile privacy addendum.

Analytics, fonts and cookies

The site counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers when a page loads. The site does not set any cookies of its own.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can stop receiving the journal at any time. Email hello@pioneeros.dev and we will act on it.

Changes

If the way the site handles data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
